It is spiritually and naturally beautiful adventure trek, which starts from Pokhara about 1.5 hour drive to Nayapool and during trek you can enjoy with 360' view from Poon Hill, hot bath at hotspring through the beautiful wood, terace, mountain valley, glacial lake and windy valley to Mukthtonath Tempal all the trek to Muktinath then from Jomsom fly back to Pokhara.
The Muktinath Temple is equally important for both Hindus and Buddhist due to common faith on God. Muktinath liberate the confined spirits of the people so they believe that they should visit there once in life to get free from sin and open the path to heaven after death. The Buddhist nuns is the priest in this Hindu Temple which indicates harmonious beauty between different faiths. This is spiritual journey for Hindu, Buddhist and Bon. During this trek we can get chance to learn and enjoy with Gurung, Thakali and Poon culture and their lifestyle from very closely as well. (Airport picks up transfer to hotel then briefing about tour plan):- from Holiday Hiking Team will be waiting in front of exist gate of the airport holding your name card and take car to hotel then take refresh and he will give you biffing about tour plan and important information as well then if you have time, you can do look around and some shopping around then overnight at hotel with bed and breakfast.
(Kathmandu by tourist bus Pokhara):- After breakfast about 6/7 hours drive to Pokhara by tourist bus after passing through the beautiful villages, farmland, along the Trishuli and Marsyading River with thundering and roaring sound of River and Rafting team enjoying the water adventure, we can observe from the bus if we take bus but if we take a flying then we will have wonderful of Himalaya from the plane. Then go to hotel and get refreshed and evening look around lakeside with boating, shopping dinner around there and overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Pokhara 1.5 hour Jeep drive to Nayapool then about 5 hour trek to Ulleri (2300 m):- After hot breakfast from hotel, We take Jeep about 2.5 hour to Hile crossing through beautiful valley terraces with wonderful mountain view and along so many panoramic vantage points where we stop for photos the we rich Hile after long off-road drive then about 3 hour vertical climbing we rich in Ulleri where we spend over night.
Ulleri about 5 hours trek to Ghorepani (2860 m):- Today after breakfast we all the way gradually climbing through rhododendron forest, waterfall, spectacular landscape until Ghorepani(2860 m) then we take room there. From the lodge we do have panorama of Daaulagiri and Annapurna range and terrific landscape as well. Then enjoy the dinner and overnight there.
Morning climb the Poon-Hill then trek to Tatopani (1190 m):- Early morning before breakfa about 50 minutes climb up to Poon-Hill (3210 m) for sunrise view from Himalaya. Poon-Hill is one of the vest vantage point for mountain view in Nepal from where we can observe wonderful scenery of Dhaulagiri, Nilgfiri, Twelve Peak, Annapurna First, Annapurna South, Himchuili, Fishtail Then we go down to Lodge and enjoy the hot breakfast and about 5 hour trek to Tatopani(1190 m) again we go through the dense rhododendron forest with local village and their culture but today almost all the way to downhill and we will have nice mountain and terrific landscape as well then after dinner we spend overnight at Tatopani.
Tatopani drive to Jomsom (4 hour / 2720 m):-After hot breakfast we take a sharing Jeep to Jomsom passing through numerous villages on the way like:-Ghasa, Kalopani, Larjung, Tkuche and Marpha and Waterfall, Deepest George and spectacular view of Annapurna 1st, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and apple farm land.This area called Thakkhola origin of Thakali people who are very famous to prepare food and Jomsom is the Headquarter of Mustang Dristrict with strong windy valley. Today overnight we spent there.
(Jomsom to Kagbeni (2810 m):- Today early morning we take hot breakfast then all the way about 4 hour walking to Kagbeni which is the gate way to Upper Mustang. This is the confluence of Kali Gandaki River and Panda Khola which is spiritually important for Hindu rituals. There are lots of Hotels, restaurants with internet cafe as well and the follow the Tibetan Buddhism and their culture so we look around here and overnight there for acclimatization as well.
(Kagbeni drive – Muktinatn- Jomsom):- Early morning before breakfast about 40 minutes we take jeep to Muktinath then visit around Temple then have holy bath to clean Sin then go to restaurant enjoy the hot breakfast with enjoying the very wonderful landscape with art as well then afternoon about 2 hour drive back again Jomsom evening shopping about local product for apple and others then overnight there at hotel
(Jomsom scenic fly back to Pokhara):- From the airport we directly go to hotel rest then we go to Pokhara city tour namely: - International Mountain Museum, David’s fall, Mahendrashor Cave and World Peace Pagoda then back to hotel look around lakeside, shopping and dinner and overnight there.
(Pokhara fly or bus to Kathmandu):- If take bus we early morning about 7 hour by tourist bus to Kathmandu or by fly about afternoon fly back to Kathmandu and rest at hotel and evening look around in Thamel then dinner together in typical cultural house then overnight in Kathmandu
March to May and September to November is regarded as best time for Jomsom Muktinath Trek But you can do all the time of the Year due to less raining during the Monsoon as well so you can do all the time of the year.
Yes of corse trekkers are not happy walking on the dusty road as well But most of place the open alternative way for hiking and tour of roade people new trekking path fopr trekking and hiking.
March to May and September to to november is regarded as best time interm of weather and spritual season as well. But due to climate change weather is not gurentteed so depend on lock as well.
Two different size of bag are needed, one rucksack is given to potter putting your trekking equipment and another small day bag is putting your most important thing then carrying by yourself
One waterproof light trekking boots, light jagging /sports shoes and flip flops / sandal for night and morning during guest house.
